had a good and healthy lunch of YTF with ian:)) boy at NYP and he showed me around. i finally found another quiet place to study.. haha. cool!

was sitting in bus 72 home and the couple behind me was spouting vulgarities like it was common language in everyday life. every single sentence had *ccb*knn* in it. and their conversation had a mixture of mandarin, english, singlish and dialect. and when i turned to look, they are no more than 17 years old. no wonder the govt is concerned abt the standard of proper english in young singaporeans. but the worst part was the usage of vulgarities, it seemed as normal as if they were drinking water. it sounded really crude.

no matter how pretty or handsome a person is, once they sprout vulgarities, they immediately turn into ugly creatures. esp the dialect kinds, i always find that the vulgarites in dialect sounds more crude than the american version:*fuck*. well thats my opinion.

is this the down side of too much education? or rebellious behaviour against society? haha. i think i can start a research project on this.
