Reasons why I will not make it as a leader..

1. i am a perfectionist.
- and therefore have little tolerance for mistakes.
2. i am impatient..
- and therefore always cutting other people off.
3. i am self-centered
- everything is about me
4. i am too sarcastic..
- and therefore hurt other people too much.
5. i am short-tempered..
- i scold people way too often.
6. i am judgemental
- i assume without finding out why or how
7. i am sensitive/defensive
- i will take words said as it is. nothing more.

realised it while marinating chickens.
