Greetings!
This is my first post in the year 2006, which took a little long.. haha.
As indicated in my previous entry, December was a really busy month. Never had such a busy december before.. haha. First week was mock papers, while the rest of the weeks were just pure fun! =)
CUTS was a success! Moments spent doing last minute
xmas shopping with the bf and the guys was tiring yet fun too! The
choir retreat was well spent with enlightening sessions, and great bonding with the newer members too.
Midnight mass was good, we sang well! Then parties after that, with booze and crapping sessions left us high and superbly shagged afterwards!
Carolling sessions at members' homes and at st joseph home was exciting too. got to meet the
ex-archbishop too, and had a great tale on rudolph. hee. New years' eve was spent preparing for
canteen which falls on New Year day.. good kaya toast and all. sleeping in the cabin, playing dai dee, climbing into church cos the gate was locked cos someone forgot abt us.. was all in the name of fun.. and i indeed had fun!
Well, to backtrack somemore.. for all the times i din update, there were some special events that were particularly meaningful to me.
1. Mr. carrot cooked! Lunch plus dinner.. pasta and salad. And it was fabulous! Its good, cos i cant cook! hee.. yumyum.. speaking of which, i dont mind another cooking (mr. carrot) /eating(me) session. haha2. Mr. carrot got me my long wanted phone for my birthday!! hee.. such a wonderful surprise! *boof*3. DIY xmas prezzie for the choir. ian actually bothered to paint the glasses with me, and for that, i am happy. hee..4. Sushi buffet at kuishin-bo with the bf, ate till we were fully SATISFIED. desserts were good there too, i din know green-tea ice-cream was nice until then. And that was my birthday treat to him. haha. 5. Birthday meet-up with the girls, for desserts! gelare!!! ice-cream ice cream!! hee.. and they saw bf for the first time too.. haha. glad it was good. =)Now moving along, its already the second week of Jan.. school has started, work(tuition) has started and i am thrown back into reality. New year resolutions have been drafted, as to whether i will follow them religiously is a indefinite thing. haha. The important short-term goal has to be getting good grades for the May Exam, and i mean an average of Bs for each subject. And of cos, the long term one is to learn to be more understanding - talk less, listen more, which i seemed to be breaking already. This is rather significant, for it affects human relationships, i feel. haha
Anyway, i did something yesterday(sunday) which i havent done since i left secondary school. I cycled at ECP.. in the rain, and it was pouring. But, i had such a good time! The feeling of cycling against the wind is.. beyond words.. and there was great company too! (ian, alex and gerard)
Its a brand new week and weirdly, i am missing school already. I am glad the motivation to do well is coming back, for a moment it was lost and i didnt know what i was working so hard for. But now its back, and i am thankful for that. =) Pictures should be up soon, when i am feeling less lazy.. haha.
i realised something today though. One should never assume. If u r right, then its ok. But if u were wrong, then things take a different turn. It gets really embarrassing, then u will feel a lil dumb for not reading the signs. hai.. well things arent always what they seem i guess.. hahaA summary of events for the visual eye.
