update on my progress..

1. i went jogging.. this morning at 7.30am.. and it was horrible meaning i had no breath once i reach jln naung.. and absolutely no more strength by the time i reached SRJC, but u know i must perservere. And i made it home at 8am.. did some exercises.. and had a generally good energy level throughout the day!! I guess cos i havent exercised for eons, my heart is not used to the sudden workout in pumping blood.. but i am determined to make it work! =) With the succession of my jogging.. i guess there will bound to be pain associated with it.. like for instance my legs are aching now.. hope tmr will be better..

2. I learnt some tatics in the software.. enough to try experimenting on some on my pictures.. hee.. progressing very well.. soon i will be able to do more advanced stuff with the program.. =)
